      1.  The type of inspection being performed:  Residential, Commercial or Energy Inspections

      2.  Type of structure to be inspected (new or existing) 

      3.  The square footage of the structure

      4.   Is the structure a single story or multiple stories.

     5.   Is the project within a city limits or in a rural area

     6.   If existing,  then the age of the structure
